Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
• Manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities.
• Maintain a database of clients, candidates, and prospects.
• Review resumes and conduct comprehensive phone assessments.
• Utilize advanced search techniques, including Boolean search strings, to identify passive candidates from various databases and online resources.
• Initiate strategic outreach campaigns to potential candidates and clients, engaging them through a mix of phone calls, InMail’s, emails, and text messages.
