We are currently partnered with a rapidly growing manufacturer that is looking to hire a Sales & Operations Support Manager to help build and scale the operational infrastructure behind their sales and service organization.
This is a newly created position driven by growth, offering the opportunity to play a key role in shaping how the company supports its customers and sales teams moving forward.
This individual will lead a small team while driving process improvement, system implementation, and cross-functional initiatives across sales, engineering, and operations.
